STAY AWAY FROM DES MOINES!!!

The club looked intriguing at first. a strange environment that felt like a mash up of a Death Metal bar, something from Lost Highway and La Bodega in kansas city. This all fell to shit as the evening went along. Without going into detail, it wasn't very good time spent. We've nicknamed the tour "The Hammer Tour" because i've constantly had this desire to beat a hobo to death with a hammer. Amy is encouraging it so who knows what the future holds.
On to Iowa City.

Omaha - The Waiting Room

The Waiting Room is quite a nice place for a band to play. It was a monday so we couldn't really expect much. the crowd though stayed, enjoyed and made us feel right at home. Mike and Lindsey have a great place with many neat electronic thingies, and treated us to sushi. plus, they have a hairless cat named gizmo that hates me.

On to Des Moines

Either god hates us or he loves cold rain more. it poured and poured. as a result, a small crowd. but enthusiastic nonetheless. The Olympic Size were amazing as always. Next stop, Omaha, NE
